Lola • March 7, 2014Non students: $5 fee to be paid in the gym. Down the stairs all the way at the end if the main hall & to the left. Open swim hours M-F: 1-3pm, Sat-Sun: 3-6pm. Hair longer than 4": need a swimming cap!
Houlihan Lawrence • June 7, 2012Open seven days a week, 8 a.m. to dusk, year-round. Dogs are allowed, but must be leashed and are not permitted in the picnic area. Great for a daytrip!

Andrea F. • July 17, 2021Great pool with half reserved for lap swimming. Safe, well run, and clean. I hope it doesn't get gentrified like Red Hook so I hesitate to review it, but the staff deserves all credit.
Landmarks Preservation Commission • August 23, 2013Constructed between 1934-36 the WPA Pool was designated in 2008. Set on a landfill site between the former Erie Basin and Gowanus Canal, its Art Moderne design sets it apart from other WPA projects.

Heather L. • December 30, 2015passive park. only has volleyball net. they took down swing set. sotball backstop and basketball court. pool is natural like a lake. little tikes plastic toys there to keep kids busy
