ジャック • December 29, 2019京王井の頭線西口北側下車。ラーメン二郎目黒店経験者の「スピンオフ」との事。麺は平打極太で、モッチリとした噛みごたえ、ヤサイはモヤシ8キャベツ2くらいでキャベツ多めの大きく切ってある。ブタがデフォで2枚、噛みごたえを感じるパサ気味の濃い目の味。スープは乳化していて透明の油が多いが大きな固形の脂身も沢山入っています。目黒と言うよりは今はなき小金井や府中に近い。ディープファンは大好きでしょう！
