Tony Y. • August 17, 2021幅広の平打ち麺は柔らかめの食感で、麺を啜るという感じではなく、短めの刀削麺をモグモグと食べる感じ？　温泉から煮出したという会津山塩と、魚介系のスープの相性もよく、派手さはないけど、ちゃんと美味しい一杯でした。デフォルトでチャーシューが3枚乗ってるのも嬉しいですね。※写真はメンマ増しです。

Fuyuhiko T. • January 12, 2014「現役フレンチのシェフが作り出した北海道味噌らーめん」だそうです。味噌ラーメンは辛さ調整可能。辛さは「一辛」～「地獄」までの5段階。1段階ごとに値段が50円アップです。蒙古タンメン中本の「北極ラーメン」を完食できるレベルであれば「地獄」から試してもOKだと思います。写真は味噌ラーメン地獄 950円。
