Raven A. • March 5, 2017號稱是北平的滷味，但顯然已經南北合了。意外的美味，各項食物都有自己的味道，顯然不是共用一鍋滷汁。素雞與燻雞是熱賣，燻雞略嫌燻香甚重很好下飯，滷豬肝有酒香，細切過的里肌肉有著玫瑰色澤與綿密的口感，但黑黑一片其貌不揚的豬皮才是令我最驚豔的。這東西很吃火候，一不小心要不過硬就是過糊，但這裡的豬皮既是入味，口感也是半Q半軟適中，想要軟棉一些就夾一片放在熱飯上，想要Q一些就直接吃涼的。
