Victoria C. • March 16, 2019Super friendly, inclusive boxing. Classes for everyone. Great way to get in shape and get rid of the week's stresses.
Robert B. • March 18, 2010When you arrive at Luton airport get the train to Tottenham Hale. There you will find B&Q, Burger King, Staples, Liddles and Carpet World. From there you can get a free blue bus to Ikea.
Nikita K. • October 28, 2013There is also a great value gym which is often completely empty (read: private)!
D-Unit • January 24, 2012Don't use the barbell pad when squatting. If the bar is all hurty on your pencil-neck without it, you may as well go home and play with your dollies. Also, no quarter squats: ass to the grass only.
The Cultural Exposé • July 11, 2011Enjoy the most generous portions of Caribbean and African food at the on-site cafe! Great prices too!
PhillyO L. • July 24, 2013Great coaches, very friendly atmosphere and amazing workout! Couldn't recommend it more highly!
Annie H. • June 13, 2013A great outdoor space to exercise with a good range of cardiovascular fitness equipment. Out of all though, try 50 sit-ups on the bench press. You'll ache the next day, but your abs will thank you! ;)
