Christine B. • August 22, 2019Most offensive Korean food eating experience I’ve ever had in my life. The kimchi stew is sour/bitter, and the marinated meat tastes like it was marinated in only soy sauce and sugar.
Chicagoist • January 15, 2015The cuisine here from Chefs Beverly Kim and Johnny Clark is imaginative and familiar. It can be both rustic and elegant; try the black sesame cake with blueberry sorbet, brown butter and lavender.
Brian K. • August 16, 2018SGD is known for its soondubu, but the dolsot bibimbap is excellent, as well.
Anika H. • September 2, 2018The sushi tacos, poke bowls, and sushi burritos are PHENOMENAL. I especially recommend the lava poke bowl if you love spicy and the crunchy sushi burrito.
Charles L. • March 10, 2017Bibimbap is great, so is Bigogi. Side dishes were ok, best was kimche but too small ~ thank goodness they provide more 🙄. Will be back.
Ryan • July 2, 2017Large portion of Cha Chiang Mein was tasty. Noodles had a nice texture. Broccoli and Black Mushrooms was also very large and done simply with a light sauce. Eager to come for wings with a veg side.
