Kyulee S. • February 17, 2017Wine happy hour from 5-6! More than decent rooms, one of the comfiest beds/pillows. Not as luxurious as some other Kimptons but great service to make up for it. Recommended!
Annie M. • November 27, 2018Love this quaint hotel. Easy to find, walking distance to union square but far enough away from all the hustle and bustle. Excitingly haunting! Lovely Christmas decorations during the holidays!
Sheila B. • August 30, 2019This is a very nice hotel! The staff members are very nice and the decor is awesome! The only advice I have is to be aware of your surroundings once you step out of the hotel!!!

Nic W. • October 22, 2016The best price you're going to find in this area. Not a place for long stays but awesome if you need crash space for a night or two.
E B. • August 15, 2018Have had a wonderful experience from the modern rooms to the awesome lighting. Jeff is an amazing associate. He was helping every person that walked through the door.

Trey W. • February 1, 2011Venue is not closed. Cheap lodging downtown San Francisco, has parking and new fixtures along with 32" lcd tvs...central location. Looks kind of bad on the outside but rooms are not bad.
