Lucy C. • March 10, 2017Really friendly and more community-like than commercial gym. There have been more women than guys in every class I've been to so far. Great tips for correct technique rather than brute strength focus.
M T. • February 9, 2019Service great, peak hours 6pm-7pm working days; usually ~8pm there is enough space for mats; only once in last 6 months it happened to me that I needed to wait for a thread mill... 👍🏻
Ricardo M. • January 17, 2016The McDonald's of gyms, for sure. But the equipment is decent and there's plenty of virtual classes to choose from!
Dave L. • August 9, 2016Most everything you need for self-trained crossfitty workouts: squat rack, bumpers, pull-up and dip bars, Bulgarian bags, KBs. Plus a padded boxing room for gymnastic work.
Kevin C. • December 7, 2018The atmosphere and the beautiful people make this a great place to train and get your Instagraming on.
Pedro Z. • July 13, 2012So sad when a society has everything but humor and flexibility. This Gym should be called GERMAN FITNESS, Not AMERICAN FITNESS. Watch out for auto renewal contract line when you sign it.
Tobi S. • October 2, 2016Very intense functional training in small groups of 12 people or less. Highly recommended.
Rafael • September 15, 2018The difficulty here is one in a million. The levels here are very reasonable, but they feel so different. This is one of my 5 bouldering gyms I go to, but it's the only one that feels different
Pchelitza M. • August 23, 2012Very nice gym,getting renovated at the moment. Nice people,long opening hours,good classes.
Jana A. Kri • June 25, 2023This studio is very spacious. Love the main room set-up: you never feel that it’s stuffy. Mats are available for your practice for free. Most of the classes are good for beginners too.
John M. • March 16, 2017Very light studio on the top floor, great corrections and knowledgeable teachers
