Massara Nati …. • May 31, 2013北側 坂上の地に，明治時代東京大学のお雇い外国人教師の官舎があった。 ここに住む外国人はこの坂を通り、不忍池や上野公園を散策した。当時は外国人が珍しかったことも手伝って、誰いうとなく，外国人が多く上り下りした坂なので異人坂と呼ぶようになった。(坂の標識より抜粋)……区立根津小学校の南側にあります。

JeanPaul J. • May 6, 2010根津神社へは、このバス停を利用するのが一番便利です（徒歩1分）。地下鉄千代田線の根津駅（1番出口）から歩くと、5分以上かかります。無理に千代田線を利用しようとせず、他の駅（例えば、銀座線上野広小路駅・都営大江戸線上野御徒町駅）から都バスに乗り、ここで下車してみてはいかがでしょうか。
