Angela • December 12, 2014The instructors walk around and make sure you are doing each exercise right. That's always appreciated when trying a new workout. You will be sore all over from this workout. Very friendly staff too.

Sarah J. • June 7, 2011Two words: step aerobics! You know you loved it back in the 80s. It's still just as great...but without the leg warmers. Mon & Wed at 6 pm. I go to this more distant FFC just for this class!
