Jonathan M. • April 4, 2012Walk a few more blocks to the FedEx at 19th & Spring Garden. This location charges close to $5.00 for "filler," aka newspaper, and has difficulty processing RMAs.
Melissa L. • October 8, 2013I can't comprehend the inefficiency at this post office. It's the only place on earth you can walk in with 2 people ahead of you and still wait 10 minutes.
Janet H. • October 21, 2013Jefferson doctors are great.
Lindsay W. • January 31, 2013This is one of the slowest post offices. Despite the fact that it is next to City Hall and in the SEPTA concourse, they rarely have more than 2 people working the counter at any given time.
Gregory G. • January 12, 2015Customer service! They are very quick efficient and friendly here. Gregory Grookett loves this location.
Stephen W. • September 27, 2010So many windows. So few open. Do yourself a favor and walk a few blocks to another post office.
Ross • October 28, 2013Factory tours are now open. Come and see how coins are being made.
Jack P. • May 10, 2012Great staff! Come here almost daily. Avoid all other south Philly post offices. JT, Michelle and Faith are all great people. Aaa+++
James C. • April 11, 2015Awesome park site. Rangers have an amazing demonstration.
