ReeD • October 14, 2014Vegetarian? Caprese or Harvarti Sandwich. Meat? Prosciutto Caprese. Excellent cheese, from an amazing Cave-Aged Gruyere to hard-to-find Appenzeller to Papillon Roquefort. Locals: Teleme and Baserri.
