Diana R. • July 6, 2013Very neat beach spot, tons of surfers, volleyball camps for kids, better than Santa Monica pier!
Andy R. • March 17, 2015Huge beach, beautiful people, do whatever you like ... laze on the sand, work out, skate, bike, walk, play beach sports, eat, go the the pier for entertainment all day and evening, just enjoy.
Katherine C. • February 21, 2016Beautiful scenery and very relaxing. Easy walk to Third Street and many options for parking. Generally very clean. Toilets available at certain points.
Stacey S. • June 29, 2011It's a great place to take your dog for a walk. Beautiful views and nice people (usually).
ᴡ E. • December 17, 2017Great place to go for a walk if you live in the area. Quite the contrast from the busy and touristy vibe near 3rd street and Santa Monica pier.
Lula C. • September 27, 2013Awesome destination to unwind or to start your day, so serene and thought provoking.
Wendy D. • August 31, 2014Everything! The beach is clean, snack bar and showers close by. Had a great time .

Serkan L. • February 11, 2020Çok ilginç bir yol haritası
Noel C. • September 5, 2015The other side of Santa Monica pier. Strangely a much quieter side of the beach, but has a workout area that is great to get all your body weight exercises going. Well worth it!!
Klara L. • April 26, 2011Go here if you wanna play old school bvb with the 2kg white Wilson, a court as big as a soccer field and ancient rules. Nostalgy pure!
Papereater E. • September 16, 2013Lovely place to sit & read, talk with a friend, sunbathe or take a jog!!
M.A.M .. • August 17, 2013It's beautiful and it's location fantastic .. Beach it's self clean and tidy ....also there are shopping center you can go to do shop . And there are perfect restaurant&&&
ℳ𝒶𝓎♍ • September 21, 2019Between the ice cream shops, salty air and quirky street performers, the Santa Monica Boardwalk is a retro Americana entertainment at its best! A classis that never gets old. You're in for an amazing day
gina m. • July 29, 2012.@johnharpster won't let me share the parking tip of the century... But, uh this is the 'nice' shutters at the beach / casa del mar guests & table service zone. Mmm mango con chile for $5!
Mike D. • October 1, 2011Make sure you read all parking signs and rules... city of Santa Monica is notorious for strict enforcement even if signs are unclear. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS FREE PARKING AT THE BEACH!
Steve M. • August 9, 2014Plenty of parking, food, chairs for rent. Also if you forget an umbrella, boogie board, sand bucket and shovels or some fresh cut up mango or melon, there are people selling it up and down the beach.
Nate T. • July 25, 2017Nice indoor basketball courts, and they run pick up on Wednesday and Friday nights every week around 6pm. The 12-3pm crowd on Wednesdays during the summer can be a bit exclusive, though.
Jofoto612 • March 25, 2013Get in line early to take pic of sign! Watch out for photo bombers! Great for sunsets and sun rises!
Tiffani K. • November 17, 2013It's a great family park. Due to ample sprinklers much of the grass is pretty muddy, but overall a really great park. They have a great farmers market every Saturday.
