Melissa S. • February 3Best location of the 4 Marriotts in Boulder, although the downtown Marriott has better views. Newer hotel and all the amenities, pool/hot tub, fitness gym, etc. are very nice. Will be back!
Ted T. • April 16, 2016Clean rooms with a kitchenette. Can't go wrong here. They have happy hour with beer and wine complementary 6 PM to 730 every night and a free breakfast
GreenSpot Real Estate • October 27, 2011Sugar and water indeed mix, and this 1908 mansion, was home to the founder of Denver Water Department, and later a Great Western Sugar heir. It became the governor's home in 1960, LEED EB (gold).

Mariano T. • June 29, 2016There is a gym, pool, social evenings, beer and wine, breakfast daily, great staff, comfortable rooms. This location is particularly good because it is right by the highway, shopping center, theatre..
Robert A. • September 26, 2017It's a little close to the highway, noise-wise, but you should know that from the map. Otherwise, well maintained, nice staff.
Friendly R. • July 8, 2022Nice Barbecue to use. Friendly staff. Wish there was an outdoor pool with these high temperatures.
Amber O. • June 29, 2020If you are driving an RV or an oversized vehicle you have to park 2.5 miles from the hotel. No Uber or Hotel Shuttle, free bus when you can figure it out. It was a little difficult at 9pm at night.
Joseph H. • March 13, 2013Amazing place it feels like a high end studio not a hotel.
Jeremy B. • July 24, 2011Our family stays here each time we visit the Spings. We like the family friendly focus, pool & playground facilities and complimentary breakfast. Free wifi is also a huge plus!
