Richard I. • March 9, 2011The Stansted Express Leaves from platform nr 1. Sometimes the train is waiting in front of the National Express.
Richard G. • October 28, 2010Recommended: It's truly spectacular up here - that is, after you've clambered up the narrow winding staircase of 311 steps to the viewing platform. It is well worth the effort!
Leanne • July 22, 2015Pros: Close to Royal London & museum, easy to use overground. Cons: have fun trying to get the right train on the underground platform.
Lauren K. • November 1, 2014One of London's best small quirky museums. Climb up the creaky wooden staircase and step back into the 1820s, when students filled the platforms to watch the next amputation: http://bit.ly/1wmJzhY
Graham P. • May 9, 2011This is the best place to change from Bank bound to Beckton or City airport bound DLR. Just walk across platform, no step to lug cases down and up
Andy C. • November 8, 2017train & platform level, ease at embarking and disembarking :-)
Will F. • December 20, 2011Quickest way to northbound metropolitan line and westbound hammersmith + city and circle lines is by following the sign to 'old broad street' as its a bridge over the platform
Dan • April 24, 2012Best platform attendant employed by the TFL. "Mind the gaaaaap"
Alex R. • September 20, 2013Walk right to the end of the platforms - they're open to the air so you can get Internet signal!
D X. • December 18, 2010There's a 'hidden' stairway direct to the Northern Line platforms - saves an unwanted tour of the station otherwise. Go to the front end of the outgoing platform to find it.
Mikey M. • February 11, 2012Stand next to the 'Mind The Gap' painted on the platform to be right by the doors
Darren D. • July 1, 2013If you're not expecting comfort, cleanliness, punctuality or style then you're in for a real treat... Hold your nose as you walk up the platform!
Burnley D. • August 4, 2013Very nice platform, would prefer if the trains from here stop at platform 8 at Stratford.
Jay G. • April 24, 2012The best platform here that's sat between platforms 4 and 6. Great positioning number 5! Use 4 or 7's barriers to avoid the crush when the train arrives on 5 ;0,
