Rue. S. • March 27, 2016関東大震災と東京大空襲をテーマにした、入場無料とは思えないほど充実した博物館。関東大震災復興期によく使われたスクラッチタイルを纏う帝冠様式の建物は 1931 年築で、隣接する慰霊堂や築地本願寺を手掛けた伊東忠太によるもの。独特の形状のコーニス、正面玄関上の 4 本の柱の上に配された怪獣、重厚な石造りの階段など、建物としての見所も豊富。
