LibraryDragon • May 19, 2016On my PHX metro dog friendly list. Big park, plenty of room for everyone. Separate timid/small dogs space opposite the lot so you don't have dogs running along the fence harassing each other.
Bradley D. • May 29, 2014If you go for an early morning run, pay attention to the east. Run on the side closest to the sun so you don't get the double whammy of sun and reflected sun off the canal. Great, flat running!
Kelley H. • January 22, 2012Great place and the dogs were very friendly. If it's your dogs first trip to a dog park, keep them on the leash for the first 10 minutes to see how they do.
Laura O. • September 23, 2011They've remodeled this park. Grass, trees, shade, picnic tables. Still no water though! Be sure to bring your own!
eric • November 10, 2013If you are in the area, this dog park is a nice place to bring your dog. There is a lot of room and there are a couple of doggie "water fountains". Pecos park is nice itself, so bring the family too

Michael O. • November 5, 2013It's an easy trail, but ALWAYS bring water regardless. Sometimes, you may want to soak in the view or simply take a break. Either way, it's more time in the sun. So, extra water is always good.
