        Kim T. • November 15, 2013Easily the best Counter Service in WDW. Never had a bad meal at Cap't Cooks. For breakfast, get the Tonga Toast here instead of at Kona. Half the price. Same thing! Also, 24 hr self-serve Dole Whips!
