Christina L. • February 24, 2020Super nice hostel, with great amentities. Female only dorms available. Great lobby space for getting some work done.
Adrian C. • June 16, 2017Superb rooms, super team. Excellent location with nearby supermarkets and transport links.
Hiran M. • August 11, 2014Best hotel ever. New, clean, cheap and awsome. A hotel and a hostel, the best of both worlds. Bring a food from Tesco across the street, eat at the fantastic dinning room, sleep in a confortable room
hostelcritic.com • January 10, 2012The female-only Oasis (previously known as the Orient Espresso) is the smallest of St Christopher's hostels on Borough High Street with only 35 beds.
Rick • September 5, 2017Clean hostel, friendly staff and near to bars and restaurants. Although it's in between 2 bars and on a busy street. So if you want a quiet place to relax I'd recommend another part of the city.
whatharrysdone • April 9, 2014A great choise to stay here. Very clean, safe and overall awesome hostel. They offer free wifi, free breakfast and free luggage storage. Very friendly staff and pretty awesome location.
No4emi G. • October 27, 2017Hostel is nice, easy access and good location. But it is next to a train station so it’s VERY noisy.
Natalia G. • September 15, 2014Great hostel in a great area for a really good price! Everything is clean and workers are really nice! I asked for a 4 bed room ensuited and it was in the main floor, that was great!
Valerie K. • May 28, 2018A nice hostel for the price (a bed in a dorm for 9 for £10 a night sounds like a deal). Adequate showers. However, could definitely be cleaner places, plus, the distance between bunk beds is ~30cm.
Laura B. • May 29, 2010Plug at my bed didn't work, nothing was done about it. Very cheap though, has common room with tv's, Internet and pooltable. Free wifi in the hostel.
Gschupfter F. • April 18, 2014The best hostel I ve ever been to! Clean rooms, cheap and super friendly staff. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
adastra • December 14, 2014This was one of my favorite hostels – we had a fridge and a microwave in our room, which was absolutely brilliant!
Paul S. • February 4, 2013Great Hostel.. wonderful staff. Not far from tube station. Great atmosphere
James S. • November 28, 2011Clean and friendly hostel in a great location. 2mins walk from Kingscross. Would recommend.
Konstantin Leonidovich I. • July 2, 2016Centrally located, well-managed. Good enough as a hostel. ;-)
HISTORY UK • February 14, 2011This block of flats was one of a chain of Victorian hostels built by Victorian philanthropist Lord Rowton, known as Rowton Houses. Stalin stayed here in 1907 while attending a political congress.
Andrew C. • August 26, 2018Quite pathetic and unappetizing -- hard boiled and scrambled eggs were watery + undercooked... cheese was sticky and hard on edges... beans and coffee were only worthwhile things!! **not worth £7 cost
