Daigo T. • March 21, 2012国会議事堂みたいな小さい建物が駅跡として有名ですが、道を挟んで向かい側にもちょっと地味な建物があります。それがもう一つの入口です。よく見ると恐らく｢ヤシンデイセイケ｣と掲げられていたであろう文字の跡が残っています。

Massara Nati …. • July 4, 2017第2次大戦下の1945(昭和20年)3月10日、米軍機B29による東京大空襲で、10万以上の貴重な人命が失われ、三筋町も一面に火の海と成りました。辛うじて焼け残ったこの電柱には当時の惨状が刻みこまれています。私達はこの悲惨な歴史の生き証人としての電柱を保存することにより、あのような悲劇をひき起した戦争を二度とくり返さないことを神に誓い、恒久の世界平和を宣言するものであります。(説明パネルより)

genuine_br_oso • May 8, 2010旧吉原遊郭名所のひとつで、京都の島原遊郭の門口の柳を模したという。遊び帰りの客が、後ろ髪を引かれる思いを抱きつつ、この柳のあたりで遊郭を振り返ったということから「見返り柳」の名があり、多くの川柳の題材となっている。かつては山谷堀脇の土手にあったが、道路や区画の整理に伴い現在地に移され、また、震災・戦災による消失などによって、数代にわたり植え替えられている。（台東区教育委員会）
