0zzzy • September 25, 2011This IRT Station is heavly guarded.. So those who farebeat.. Dont risk or you will be getting a ticket/arrest! As for railfans, you can snap away.. You can even see Freeman Street from the south end!
0zzzy • October 2, 2011Great place for railfans and photographers to sna photos from ether end of the platform.
Bristol B. • May 17, 2011Great place to railfan, epic curves for photos and videos. I-95 Cross-Bronx Expwy is just south of the station, McDonalds is nearby. And going to Queens? Take the Q44 Bus nearby!
Silky W. • November 8, 2013This line is unreliable. You can go there & find out there's no downtown service. Have to ride uptown take express down. Really? Better off riding 4 bus to 149th st
Paul S. • July 27, 2016This is my stop off of the 6 Train. It's your typical Subway station. It's clean & safe. That's all you can ask for. And for me it's close to home.... My Daughter Gianna in the pic. Waiting on the 6 !
Leigh S. • February 12, 2013Once the 5 train leaves Manhattan at 11:30pm (approx) it only shuttles through the Bronx until just before rush hour. Plan accordingly.
Doula-Maria K. • May 25, 2011The chicken spot on the corner has the best Chicken Sandwiches in the Bronx!!
Antonio C. • August 16, 2011During warm daytime hours, avoid the rear of the downtown platform. There's alot of bees in that area. Don't know if that's still the problem.
Dorian L. • December 22, 2011There are payphones on both sides of the platform. Rare find now a days. :-)
Paul M. • December 29, 2010Not The Cleanest or the best looking. After a 13 hour day happy as a pig in shit to see it!!!
Dama R. • January 31, 2011If ur taking the 4 into manhattan on a windy day stand behind the metal volt station... It helps reduce the wind factor...
