B D. • May 11, 2011The neighborhood isn't the best but the motel is clean inside and outside, and my room was quiet even w traffic on PCH. If u have Choice Hotel rewards, it is ok enough.

Offbeat L.A. • May 11, 2016A "down on your luck" motel with a cool sign. the heading of one internet review is "Crack and Hookers." The building was constructed in 1946. It has been Colonial Motel since at least 1986.
