Andrew S. • January 21, 2015This park has a lot to offer: a playground, flying fox, a little lake with a bridge, bush walks, and large grassy areas for kicking a ball or flying a kite. Our family loves it!
Tom T. • March 5, 2017Very peaceful park, with area for the kids ( and a little swimming pool !), Good for running, chilling, walking, doing sport,...
Steven H. • June 29, 2013Huge park with lots of paths for cycling, walking and running. Plenty of beautiful birds and make sure you check out the eels by the small bridge. But avoid the grass. There is bird poo everywhere.
Darren D. • March 18, 2013One of the great Auckland parks with everything from bush walks, exercise trail to a great children's playground. My favourite are the public tennis courts in what used to be a street.
Kerry P. • January 19, 2010Lovely place to go for your lunch break, picnic - lovely views out over the harbour amd Mr Whippy too.
Terry R. • October 25, 2011The Pohutukawa's in this park are amazing. Take the kids for a stroll through them. They are the easiest trees to climb I've seen.
Michael W. • September 9, 2012Great little park at end of quiet street. Sunny Sunday afternoons are a great time to visit. Kids love it.
Nathaniel F. • January 4, 2014Bring your own water, and the playground is amazing. There's a toilet too which is amazing.
Matthew M. • October 17, 2011If you're around at night, go down to the paths that run along the creek and check out the glow worms.
Nic M. • January 1, 2013An excellent spot for some off lead time and swimming for the family dog. Carrying on around the walkway gives plenty of dry off time.
Alistair R. • January 11, 2013Music in the parks with Auckland council and a cheeky wee beer and picnic in the evening sun! Yeah boi!
Lisa R. • May 21, 2013Plunket have sent out a warning about an older European man with no teeth hanging around the park acting inappropriately around children and taking photos. Mums and dads be aware.
