Nik P. • November 28, 2013Beautiful park, great view of the River, start & finish line for many running events
Steve B. • January 12, 2016Cutest park in Minnesota! And best kept secret. The fountain is amazing! Great picnic spot! Very romantic
Niqui R. • August 30, 2011Walk around downtown Saint Paul and chill in the park and watch the river. Lots of free events go on on Harriet Island including Irish Fair and the Taste of Minnesota, which may not be free anymore...
Amanda I. • May 15, 2011Please don't leave the gate open after you leave. Some dogs like to run out!!!
Niqui R. • September 4, 2013It's such a cool park. There are ruins to look at while hiking around. Definitely check it out if you're in the area.
City Pages • December 7, 2012Voted Best Park by City Pages in 2012! With a year-round conservatory, Japenese gardens, athletic fields, swimming pools, a zip-line, and a golf course amongst others; It's no wonder this park wins.
Birdchick S. • January 12, 2010Climb up the hill and look at the ground--you'll find fossils in the shale.
Elizabeth A. • October 30, 2013Great place to visit. Beautiful park, not too big, doesn't require all day to see the animals and enjoy a zoo visit. Conservatory building is gorgeous!
Angela M. • October 17, 2011Good park. There is something for all ages. There are baby swings and small slides for small people.
Candace Q. • August 14, 2011It's a beautiful, large dog park (not that I've been to many). I've got to come out here and bring a book sometime.
Pahoua H. • January 27, 2012Give and take: the table near the lunch room entrance is known as the "free table." Drop off things you don't want or take something there you do want -- for free!
Paul C. • June 29, 2015Classic American bar food amped up a bit - wings, sandwiches, & hot dogs. Great outdoor seating with plenty of shade and view of the park. Get em in and get em out service during lunch time.
Mike B. • October 8, 2010Check in here and two other Art Crawl venues and get $2 PBR's at The Bulldog Lowertown and free wine with the purchase of an appetizer ate FACES Mears Park (Oct 8-10, 2010).
