Kevin C. • June 28, 2014100000x better than the post office downtown. No lines during the week; packed on Saturday. Super friendly workers.
Janie-Lynn • April 22, 2015Great staff. It is on the 1st floor of the postal square building- accessible both from the street outside as well as from the inside of Smithsonian's National Postal Museum.
Jaime W. • August 19, 2011Closed for lunch from 1: 20 to 2: 30 every day! And they are very punctual about this!
Ryan G. • November 8, 2010May want to plan some extra time for a visit here...lines tend to be a bit long and take awhile to get through.
Roberto S. • December 23, 2011Don't know if it's the norm, but a great location to mail stuff from during the holiday...mostly empty in the mornings.
Assata L. • May 31, 2013Ms. Yvette is soooo helpful...go to her first if you have odd packaging and she'll guide you in the right direction! Young Mr. Drew was helpful too! Great overall experience!
Judith O. • January 3, 2014Attendant was unbelievably rude, right off the bat! I'm the *last* person to tattle, but when you intentionally answer questions indirectly when it might delay my sending something on time? Forget it.
Carl G. • May 6, 2014Tricky to find from the street. Go inside 800 K and go down the escalators. A whole new office building basement world!
Tiffany M. • October 10, 2013Awesome, awesome, awesome!!! I was able to call in and speak to the postman who delivers my mail directly to resolve a delivery mix-up. Thank you so very much!
Tinu A. • May 31, 2011The entrance is on North Capitol street. The Mass AV entrance is the postal *museum*. Continue around the building to your left, make a right at the corner. Entrance is mid-way down the block.
H.A.S B. • September 22, 2012Saturday morning and only one teller. This wouldn't be the case in northwest. We need to contact our local representative and speak out
