のうや く. • January 2, 2015今日の樽生は城山ブルワリーの「ベルギーホワイト」とベルギーの「トンゲルローブラウン」だった。トンゲルローブラウンのハーフパイント(350円)を頼む。初詣で賑わう大國魂神社の境内では屋台がひしめいており、そこから適当につまみになりそうなものをチョイス。今回はチキンステーキとじゃがバターにした。カラメルの風味と甘味、喉を通った後のフルーティーな香りがとても良い。
