Love it, I work here! Love love love it even the people I love my regulars and new people who eventually become my regulars!! I love the difference and see how people have improved themselves!!

Solid workouts, none of the BS that you deal with at bigger gyms. People seriously care about form and safety, don't hesitate to ask anyone for help. Yah, it's that kind of place.

Much less expensive than gyms in the area and have gotten to know some of the staff and regular lifters here. Great plastic to workout

Awful gym! They claim on their signs you will only pay $1 for membership but that is a lie. They will get you with hidden fees and annual fees. They also charged me three months for cancelling.
