Very accommodating when we had to change our reservations at the last minute. Breakfast was great and the view from every room is awesome!

Try the tap water. It comes in a couple of different flavors. Our favorite was "used swimming pool." Mmmm.

Well, be very prepared for all common areas to be like a SAUNA. Vending machine areas are very steamy, which leads to melted chocolate. Not so good. So only hit up vending machines on ground level.

Morning breakfast buffet is awesome, but the security guards get upset if you get in the hot tub after 11.
