A beer made in byron bay that is awash w/ passionfruit, citrus & tropical fruit aromas & flavours, w/ just a hint of bitterness & some zest from the addition of wheat, it’s a cloudy, unfiltered joy of a beer.
Hawthorn Brewing Premium Pale Ale
The hightail is an english inspired amber ale. it has a rich malt body & floral hop aroma.the hightail has collected a small bag of awards at the Australian international beer awards over the last 8 years including trophy for best draught ale (small brewery section) as well as numerous gold, silver & broze medals.

Otway Estate Prickly Moses Otway Ale
A medium bodied ale which is deep copper in colour, derived from the use of crystal malts. a refreshing but appetizing beer w/ toffee & caramel flavours balanced nicely w/ traditional English hops. the all malt ale is warm fermented which adds some complexity to the beer & leads to a fruity aroma which compliments this particular style of beer. (4.9%)
The Hills Apple Cider
Made from 100% fresh adelaide hills apples, fruit driven style, filtered bright straw colour, great acid backbone, vanilla, lime/sherbet characters shine through the pallet that actually tastes like real apples!
Holgate Esb Extra Special Bitter
Give me more hops! the holgate extra special bitter is steeped in tradition - a hand-pumped naturally conditioned real ale, follows the english brewers tradition of denoting "extra special" beers as having a higher alcohol than a "mild", w/ rich & complex malt additions & highly bittered w/ English hops. the holgate version combines a special blend of crystal & roast malts & generous additions of English fuggles & goldings hops to create a very "moreish" ale rich in flavour.
