You can workout 24/7! Granted, for safety and security they lock the doors, BUT there is a bell you ring and they will let you in!
Sebastian is the best. If you need anything at all, he's your guy. Great gym. So worth the drive from St Charles.
Fantastic gym. However, their guest policy stinks. Who wants to pay $15 for a one day pass? When you pay this much money, you should be able to bring a friend or family member for free once in a while

Good luck trying to measure your own heart rate if you don't have ur own monitor and someone hops on a machine next to you #veryannoying
Aaron StengelApril 4, 2011Great gym... horrible customer service. CHANGE THE GUEST POLICIES PLEASE! When people pay so much to be a part of a family gym the benefit should be the ability to bring guests.
Love the facilities but they really lack in customer service. There are a few employees that are just the exception to this. Should be the other way around.

Brad FitzgeraldJuly 23, 2010The facilities are great, but the service is leaving much to be desired. I've had a lot of frustrating, negative encounters with the people at the front desk when asking questions or bringing guests.
- Post-workout: Fast Fuel Shake (vanilla) with banana & peanut butter
- It looks like they are not open 24 hrs. I showed up at 2:30 am to this
