Not sure how the units are rented but second floor has great views and their separate/private access to the pool is worth it!

Best place if your looking for some dock space! Good accommodations, friendly staff and a quick bike to duval!

The sheets were pretty gross, I'm not positive they washed them. And it gets really expensive to constantly take a cab to Duval street, mallory square, etc. But other than that, nice view and a plea
