Fire the criminals working for you... i.e. your maids... and fire your evening supervisor for 1/1/20 she needs to be told that talking over, lying too, and hanging up on customers is unacceptable

This is the first hotel that I've ever walked out of in my life and I recommend that nobody else book this hotel either if you value your sanity.

This place absolutely ROBBED US! These people are SO RUDE! My wife left a wedding gift necklace in room 1130 and it was mysteriously never found! When we called back we were lied to and hung up on!

1st room had mold growing in bathroom 2nd room had a very strong musty smell. Desk clerk said the night manager would refund our money. We called/sent emails inquiring about the credit, no response.

Stay in the Chandler building. It's quite nice for the money...micro and fridge
