Domenica DiNigroMarch 22, 2017The staff and the service is wonderful! Great food and very clean facility. Only hotel in Utica with a Bar and Restaurant on site. Also, great banquet/meeting room space accommodations.
Valerie WilsonApril 19, 2014My only complaint is that for three days, all coke machines on every floor were out. Had bottles brought to our room and it was cheaper than buying them in the machines.

Sunday bunch has an amazing selection of food. Also go within 3 days of your birthday and its free.

Don't purchase a movie if you expect a high quality film. The TVs are very nice but when your film plays its just like watching an old VHS tape.
Fantastic accommodations. Encore Lounge is a good time. great staff and great dranks!

DapJune 9, 2011One of the pushiest cleaning ladies I've ever encountered and I live in hotels. Would not leave me alone about new towels when they weren't necessary. To the point of trying to rush me to check out.
