The staff and the service is wonderful! Great food and very clean facility. Only hotel in Utica with a Bar and Restaurant on site. Also, great banquet/meeting room space accommodations.

My only complaint is that for three days, all coke machines on every floor were out. Had bottles brought to our room and it was cheaper than buying them in the machines.

Under complete destruction (some call it constructfon). Rooms are nice but lobby and entrance, along with restaurant are under renovation. If you just needs room it’s fine

Don't purchase a movie if you expect a high quality film. The TVs are very nice but when your film plays its just like watching an old VHS tape.

Sunday bunch has an amazing selection of food. Also go within 3 days of your birthday and its free.

One of the pushiest cleaning ladies I've ever encountered and I live in hotels. Would not leave me alone about new towels when they weren't necessary. To the point of trying to rush me to check out.

Hotel is 100% Smoke free.

This hotel is TERRIBLE. Mold and water stains all over the bathroom. Tub doesn't drain while showering.
