BYOS. Even if you're Gold, the lounges closes and doesn't always have snacks - you have to get room service or hit up the restaurants. Bring your own snacks if you get night munchies.
Jonathan GeorgeMay 2, 2013Great hotel, the facilities look brand new!! As a very frequent Marriott traveller, I'm impressed!! They have TVs in the mirror in the bathrooms and the concierge lounge is great!
The staff is very accommodating, the rooms luxurious, and the restaurant is fabulous. Being on the top floor is a MUST!
If you are ever doing business with or at Zurich North America, this is a great place to stay. Also use this spot as a place to host prep meetings, client lunches etc etc

They are really peaceful! I was disappointed to see that internet service is $14.95/day.
- Nice Hotel, though long walk from elevators in Hotel to convention area.
Staff was understaffed in the restaurant, bar and Starbucks. Huge cheer event going on and only 3 waiters in the restaurant? WTF!
- Shuttle yourself from the airports - Uber is about $55 from Midway, American Taxi about $60+tip
take American taxi from airport. prompt service and lowest price.
