I agree with Jerome. Chad called me every other day if not everyday updating the status of my car and parts. He gave me timelines and capture those timelines. Great experience with service King again

The other 2 tips were absolutely NOT my experience. My service rep, David, kept me well informed and met every time commitment.

They kept me in the loop and got my car done before they promised

You have to check on your car everyday or they will never update you. Took 3 weeks to get my car back went in for hail damage

Stay on top of them everyday or you will never see your car!!!
