Get the chicken gumbo. The fried okra, andouille sausage and heaps of chicken make this more of a stew than a soup. Your stomach will thank you.

Stopped in while staying at the hotel. I had a great appetizer, a steak on a skewer with watermelon dresssed with a balsamic reduction sauce. Yummy

Everything a hotel bar should be. Good selection of Colorado craft beer just off the lobby of the Hotel Boulderado.

Best chicken wings in town. Chicken quesadilla and nachos pair nicely. Edamame and salmon sandwich for dinner.

Nice cozy place but not cheap. The burger is eatable but nothing more. So you might want to go with something else.
