The wedding of your dreams will become a reality at The Little Inn. With different venues to choose from, we can accommodate up to 80 dinner guests, with some flexibility. Indoor or outdoor, morning, afternoon or evening, your wedding celebration will be a magical event full of memories you'll cherish for a lifetime. The Old Bayfield Town Hall The Town Hall is an elegant heritage property, well loved and cared for by the residents of the village. An indoor reception will seat a maximum of 80 guests plus a head table of 10. An outdoor reception in a tent can accommodate a larger group. The Inn Luncheon Many beautiful wedding ceremonies have taken place in The Little Inn's gardens, on the beach, or in Pioneer Park overlooking the lake. A morning ceremony followed by a wedding luncheon is a lovely way to begin your new life together. The Bluewater Golf Course dates back to the early 1920's. Over its more than 75 years of service the course has always been renowned for its superb greens, well groomed fairways and traps, and its generally high level of overall maintenance. Its park like setting provides a splendid setting for a game of golf, and players frequently share the course with the area's wildlife including deer, ducks, geese and wild turkeys. The beautifully irrigated 9 hole golf course is a target style course that presents a golfer with a variety of shots during a round. As such, few golfers escape without using all the clubs in their bags, and good control over all aspects of your game is required to score well here. Bluewater's multiple tee system allows its nine holes to be played almost 400 yards longer on the second nine (6,122 yards total) . With the most dramatic difference occurring on the 9th hole which transforms from a 395 yard par four to a 473 yard par five. Little Inn of Bayfield bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs or whole quartered chicken

Tablespoons finely chopped flat-leaf parsley, chervil, tarragon or chive 1/2 cup crème fraîche or heavy cream Fresh lemon juice to taste Method Preheat oven to 350°F with rack in middle. Pat chicken dry and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon salt and a rounded 3/4 teaspoon pepper. Heat oil with 1 tablespoon butter in a wide 3 1/2- to 5-quart heavy ovenproof pot over medium-high heat until foam subsides, then brown chicken (left) in 2 batches, turning once, about 10 minutes total per batch. Transfer to a plate. Meanwhile, wash leeks and pat dry. Pour off fat from pot, then cook leeks, shallot, and 1/4 teaspoon salt in remaining 2 tablespoons butter, covered, over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until leeks are pale golden, 5 to 7 minutes. Add chicken, skin sides up, with any juices from plate, and wine and boil until liquid is reduced by half, 3 to 4 minutes. Cover pot and braise chicken in oven until cooked through, 20 to 25 minutes. Stir crème fraîche into chicken mixture and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice, then serve with buttered egg noodles.
