    Went in to get my wife a new MacBook Pro. The staff was very quick and helpful. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

    5-6 hour wait for an "appointment" at Apple in yuppieville. By then you've either solved your problem somewhere else or moved on to a better product with better service 👍

    It's really busy. And I spoke with a manager named James and he wasn't too polite. How about I'm sorry and thank you for coming in???They tell you one thing on the phone and another thing in the store

    It seems reputation means a lot to the managers here. I've been contacted about a complaint left here. They are trying to make it right. I'll update here when everything is final. So far, very good.

    As with all Apple Stores they are VERY busy! If you are going in for a customer service issue on a product you already purchased go online and make a reservation or you will be there awhile.

    Worst Genius Bar ever. There is not enough space for me to type about my experience. In short, I was lied to... Told they worked on something, I am certain they never touched it.

    The best costumer service of any Apple Store I've been to so far. Make sure you make an appointment with the Genius Bar beforehand as they get very busy most of the time.

    If you make online reservation show up 30 to 60 minutes after your scheduled appointment. This store has perfected the "illusion" of scarcity by always being under staffed and they don't give a crap.

    Terrible service. Tried to pickup my MacBook Pro from repair and had to talk to 6 different employees to get someone to go get it. Will not be coming back

    I always make a visit to the Apple Store in Southlake when I feel the need to look 'cool'. Always great service...glad to have an Apple Store close to where I live and work.
