Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport is an international airport serving the Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan Area in the United States.
Everything else is good about the airline but the only thing is the Spirit airline should not be making you pay for your carry-on luggage
Everything is good here everything is good but one thing is that the spirit airlines should not make you pay for your carry-on luggage
Sign up for Clear if you fly out of here regularly. Worth the ~$130/year.
Make sure to have your phone charged, they don't have charging stations in each chair like in other airports.
Southwest now has "Self Tag Your Bags" service.
You can get from the light rail to your gate in less than an hour if you're quick on an early morning.
Brand new C concourse is in operation, but don't walk all the way down there expecting anything to be open.. All the shops were closed by 9pm... Had to go all the way back to A, just to get a water.
If you arrive early or have layover time, check out the Silver Diner. Pretty good for airport food. Nice place to sit and charge up. They also have free wifi & I had a whole meal for $8 with tip. #WIN
TSA-pre check line closes at any time. So if u have TSA Pre-check then don't be sure that u will make it quickly thru the security. And yes they make u remove the laptops.
Nice airport to fly in and out of when taking business trips or a vacation to Washington D. C. Clean facility!
No free Wi-Fi in the Southwest terminal......boooooooooo. :-(
The wifi sucks here. Don't know what they did, but they changed something a couple of months ago, and now it's unusable. Sucks for us frequent flyers. Thanx BWI...
Nice and clean
Only 5 staff on border control for an entire 767 jet. Even the crew had to wait half an hour to be allowed through. Pitiful.
The Fort McHenry National Monument; one of Baltimore’s most famous landmarks inspired Francis Scott Key to write the United States’ national anthem.
Great convenient airport especially low fares. Southwest rules.
Beware of the thieves that will take your items out of your paid for checked baggage. Spirit airlines or TSA ripped me off.
Great airport to use for dropping off and picking up family & friends. It's also very easy to make connecting flights out of.
Wheels down. Prospect Nation is in the building!
BWI has some ugly carpeting. That's all I have to say about that.
My fave airport of all time.
I liked the long term parking it is $8/day
When you are here make sure you stop and either give me a hug or dap me up.
Please watch your speed on your way to the airport. Cops don't care even if you're already running late to catch your flight.
Smaller and faster and flights on time...
I'm a Browns fan, airport is just ok. Wifi is super slow unless you want to pay a premium
If you have TSA Precheck, it doesn't matter. You have to go through regular. Annoying.
Great selection of restaurants. Plenty of seating, just wish there more outlets for charging phones, computers, etc.
After a failed attempt to land in DCA Flt 712 was in the air for 2 hours. We just landed in Baltimore to refuel. No word on if United will fly us back to DC. Weather bad so glad we at least landed
No Starbucks passing security!!! Totally fail!!!
Just FYI, there are more than one TSA screen entry points. Everyone always goes to the one closest to the check in kiosks
Rent a car station is like 10 mins drive from the arrival, each company has separate shuttles for themselves
Love the food choices, huge selection.
Vino Volo - great food, even better wine., unexpectedly well priced for an airport. Best place to relax and eat at BWI. Near Gates A6-A11
Just a heads up ever since Jan 1 of 2015 the TSA precheck line is NEVER open on Thursdays. This is a real pain for business travelers as this is a big travel day for us road warriors.
Eh not a fan of this airport. Delta terminal is small and not connected to the main portion of the airport
Annoying that Southwest Airlines is located on the complete opposite end of the airport from the light rail stop; walk of a mile +. Parking available for $8 a day;, worth considering vs taxi
really nice airport.
A very efficient airport.
Clean, be sure to arrive early on Monday and Fridays
Good food, bad location.
Let's get it started :)
Flying to Chicago in January...obviously not a vacation.
Fort McHenry Flag during War of 1812 was 15 stars & 15 stripes (original 13, plus Vermont and Kentucky). there were however 18 states!! Tennessee, Ohio, Louisiana weren't star worthy, I guess... :\
Clean, efficient airport, but one of the few that doesn't bother to put up privacy dividers in the urinal.
Plenty of food selections, quick TSA lines, easy to navigate.
Terminal A has the best places to eat. Y far.
Manchu Wok offers good fried rice - D terminal. Loved the Fresh flowers and cleanliness In restrooms
