    아마도 전세계에서 미슐랭의 스타를 가장 많이 가지고 있을 쉐프 Mario Batali 의 레스토랑이다. 추천메뉴:애피타이저로는 insalata caprese, grilled octopus. 파스타 black fetuccine. 메인은 dry-aged rib eye가 아주 강력하다. 미슐랭스타를 가진 레스토랑인데도 음식과 와인값이 매우 합리적이다.
