This is a small station however the station staff have a bug heart. Arrived yesterday with family and a mountain of suitcases. No trolleys around but the staff rushed in and carried the luggage for us

Plenty of ticket machines, but not enough choice for food and drinks.

Coffee and staff in AMT are very good - well worth getting a cup before/after a journey.

Seats 5 & 6 on the Cork - Dublin train have power sockets behind them! They're the only seats in each carriage with this

I get the train once a week to Dublin for approx 50 quid by booking online. It only costs around 12 euro to fly if you book around 2 weeks in advance. Mmm..

Don't bother booking seat for Cork-Dub train. Lights above seats will prob not be working and even if they are some fecker might just ignore it!
