Sourcing ingredients from the Lowcountry’s finest farmers and fishermen, Chef Craig Deihl serves a dynamic seasonal menu both spotlighting and elevating the regional fare. The menu is complemented by an expansive wine list featuring over 4,500 bottles.
The service is jovial w/ the right dose of sarcastic humor. The food wins! Monday's burger special is a great point of entry. Try the burger with bacon jelly.
A Charleston classic. Lots of good southern food, including seafood.
Cream brûlée is the best
Good for charcuterie.
Snacks at the bar are the best! Try the Steamed Buns, Salami Sandwich, and the Charcuterie Board.
Great wine, food, and service. Lighting was a miss, but who really gives a fuck?
Chef Craig Deihl does no wrong with meat. Charcuterie is awesome.
Some of the most flavorful and perfectly cooked fish I've ever had. We had wreckfish and salmon. And wow, you have to try the cured meats. Award-winning and full of complexity!

Get the drink, "It's Coming Up Roses."
The best place I ate in Charleston.
Food was fantastic, we had the chateaubriand presentation for two. The beef was tremendous, didn't need a steak knife. You can see the preparation from your tables, open kitchen.
Great food and wine! Their signature dish, tuna, is fantastic!!
Charcuterie for the table as an appetizer and the Crisp Wasabi Tuna for dinner. Hands down, one of the best meals I've had in Charleston!
Food is great. Service at the bar is slow and sometimes rude. Lots of pretentious businessmen.
Bon Appetite recommends skipping the dining room and heading upstairs for a meal assembled from revolving selection of meats.
The Shrimp and 'Nduja is seriously to die for. Don't even think about passing on it.
Crispy Wasbi Tuna was perfect.
Cheese plate is on the dessert menu. Ask your server about it an appetizer.
Great restaurant and one of the best wine bars in Charleston http://schiller-wine.blogspot.com/2013/01/schillers-favorite-wine-bars-in.html schiller-wine
Food, service, drinks were great! However, it's def time to update the interior design. I felt I was thrown back into the 90's.
Try the Kim chi cheeseburger especially on $5 burger night.
You must order the pimento cheese appetizer. Heaven!
Great food- you could make a meal on appetizers.
$5 burger night every Monday. Drinks normal price though.
This may be the best housemade charcuterie in the United States
Chef Craig Deihl's dining room menu is filled with classics like Steak Diane and a Garlic & Herb Rubbed Rack of Lamb. Upstairs is more adventurous with Crispy Pork Belly. [Eater 18 Member]

Great bar upstairs with beautiful ambience.
The bar menu is delicious...and priced to be able to enjoy every night of the week. Head on upstairs for a more low-key dinner.
Greatest steak I've ever had
Corn soup, Angus steak; nuff said.
Get the charcuterie plate...and try to bargain for extra lamb bacon!
The Butter Lettuce Salad featuring Hook's Blue cheese from Wisconsin is amazing. Complemented with bacon jam. Seriously, bacon jam. Need I say more?
Oddly enough the sweet tea Mojito is quite tasty.
