It's a big flea market with several vendors. They're really friendly, and you can attempt to barter prices. Some have really great things, some junk, but a great & colorful experience.

Definitely enjoy breakfast at Mi Tierra early if you can. Just the decorations inside are worth the trip. Read more

Get crappy Mexican gifts that break easily from Mexico here! After buying crappy gifts you can eat good food at La Margarita or Mi Tierra! They make crappy toys, but make up in food!

If you want to feel like you're in Mexico, go to El Mercado to shop and eat at Mi Tierra (and drink!) There's always a party going on, and it's a great place for photo ops for your profile.

Search the blocks around the market square to look for the best parking. It ranges from $5-$20. Also a lot of the time (depending on the time of day) street parking is free.
