We did the longer tasting menu. Impressive. All but a couple mouthfuls were outrageously tasty. All were inventive. Glad I came during winter, because I loved the focus on root vegetables.

Amazing experience, and would recommend the wine tasting along with the 15 course dinner. Bison Tartar was my favorite

Had an amazing 15-course Culinary journey. Very outrageous and out-of-the-box creations by the chefs. Food tasted amazing, "The Paradise" dessert was my personal favorite. One of Chicago's gem!

Ask for a booth so there won't be any spoilers from the other diners in the main room. The element of surprise here important!

In Homaro Cantu's restaurant, past trickery included a play on egg-drop soup in which frozen-egg and microgreen pellets were dropped into soup, and seared beef was paired with “caramelaserized wine.” Read more
