    All share plates. Friendly staff. Seatings are not comfortable. Food is amazing. My favorites are the grilled octopus salad, burrata heirloom tomatoes, sweet potato agnolotti, cheese ravioli. 💯

    Amazing food here. Brunch is a best kept secret. Order from the counter and then sit anywhere in the whole restaurant. Love the eclectic rice porridge with pork and egg. The Stickybomb is insane. Try.

    Because of the quality of the breads and baked goods, we'd recommend brioche French toast, salmon tartine with avocado, and the classic croque madame are just a few of the stand outs on the menu. Read more

    I had a delicious brunch with my friend today !! We order the kimchi fried rice and this salmon bruschetta. Both were really delicious. I can't wait to return to République, and try other plates !

    Special of the night wood burning oven baked lasagna: thick al dente noodles with mozzarella and mushrooms in a buttery sauce that created a harmony of taste and texture. May be best pasta in LA!

    Amazing place, the french toast is huge perfect one, better than all i ever tasted, shakshoka too much tomato sauce, omelet nice but the side salad nothing special about it.Almond coffee latte 😍😍.

    Delicious start to finish. Not a single complaint. The bartenders make really good old fashioned too the foie gras was to die for. Make RSVP for dinner if you don't want the bar.

    Great atmosphere- lively, communal tables, good energy. All share plates, so great for groups. Order the mushroom pappardelle, beet and avocado salad, bread & butter (trust me), uni toast.

    Sure everyone has had chicken but never this juicy, never this flavorful. Pasta and bread made fresh daily. The savory celery kicks it all the way up with serrano. Great looking space.

    Fun place w/awesome food. Their pain au chocolat was great. Looking forward to coming back and trying more. FYI for brunch you order at the front and seat yourselves. Makes life easy on a quiet day.

    That duck breast was perfection. Make sure to get a cranberry with every bite. The old fashioned was also really good. Sit at the bar to watch bartenders do their thing. Make reservations for dinner.

    Perfect for breakfast - order at the counter and wait at a table in the well lit dining room. Breakfast sandwich is delicious but heavy. The pastries are superb.

    Dinner was divine. Agnolotti is must for any pasta and cheese lover. All the flavors were clean, creative and yummy. Definitely coming back! Service was over the top attentive and experienced.

    Can confidently say that, of all breakfast spots in LA, this is my # 1. Their french toast and omelette is to die for. Shakshoka is 2/10

    Normandy butter and baguette is the best deal on the menu (they will continue to bring bread as long as you ask). Steak tartare, agnolotti and short ribs were outstanding. Great ambiance!

    First of all this place is good in everything. Coffee is amazing, dishes were outstanding! Before i forget, this place was ranked 2nd in the chocolate cakes in the whole LA area! Mushroom toast👍🏼👍

    Get the egg on toast (uni on top of scrambled eggs on top of toast) and the pork chop and belly. Pork chop is cooked to a perfect medium rare.

    Go for lunch or brunch and get the burger. About a half an inch too thick but the meat and the sauce are quite spectacular.

    Delicious! The egg toast with uni is amazing. So is the crostini with burata and peaches. The octopus salad was so tender. Excellently prepared.

    Get the brussels sprouts and the steak tar tar - most delicious. The food is made up in small portions, so maybe get two plates per person.
