This place serves basically one entree: ramen and it's very good. All topped the same, and with three flavors: Garlic/Pork (my recommdation) Soy Bean, and Soy Sauce. You also choose the heat level.
Make sure you go early to avoid the line! also they have a possibility to run out of broth so make sure you get the most popular one (spicy garlic pork) !
The regular spicy garlic pork was excellent. Mild may be just spicy enough for some. Go extra noodle and quail egg!
their noodles have a really good texture; still kinda chewy! love the soy bean soup base. add bamboo shoots!
Some of the best ramen I've ever had. Amazing broth!
Get in line before they open to minimize waiting
Very good, long waits tho
The garlic pork broth is very good - just get there before it runs out!
Soy flavor with extra quail eggs
Always get Ramen and wings. Can't miss the wings.
Absolutely love the ramen here and the soup is fantastic! I prefer adding roasted seaweed and an egg
My favorite noodle style of any ramen place I've been to in the Bay Area. They'll bring you extra after you finish (kaedama) if you ask, but save some broth. 'Regular Spicy Garlic Pork' was great
Disappointed. The broth wasn't seasoned properly and the egg was a cold afterthought. Must have been a bad day based on all the hype. I love ramen enough to enjoy OK ramen, didn't enjoy this at all.
Garlic pork ramen is very good!
The garlic pork broth is the bomb. Mild spiciness is decently spicy and tastes great! Unfortunately, they ran out of a lot of items when we got here so come early.
Try garlic pork flavor with extra pork, medium spicy. Nomnom
Garlic pork + curry + corn + seaweed 👌
Best ramen in the Bay Area. Get there at 5 before it opens to be in the first seating. Get the garlic pork flavor with fresh seaweed.
Garlic pork ramen.
Must order deep fried taco yaki! Surprisingly authentiv! Ramen is so awesome too!
If you want to spare yourself a wait come early for lunch on a weekday or even the weekend.
Amazing garlic and pork ramen! Def come before 530PM dinner opening (at around 5) to get in line and get slotted for first round of seating.
Almost as good as Ippudo (NYC).. Not as ambient and fun, but definitely tasty. Fried squid legs are great.
They only seat 30 people at a time so be patient with the wait! Good garlic ramen :)
Best spicy ramen in the Bay Area. Come early and be prepared to wait.
The waiting line is no joke
Best ramen ever. Period. Definitely should avoid weekend, and it closes on Tuesday.
Everything is good here. Try the potstickers not just the ramen.
Descent tonkotsu pork flavored ramen. Best around SM area. Expect long line...
Pork flavor extra spicy with fresh seaweed is the way to roll at this amazing establishment. Bam Ba Lam
Potstickers are overpriced!
Think this place has gone downhill - not much broth and average toppings. There was no wait on friday night. Must be reason why. Check our kagura on Baldwin ave instead.... Much better!!
Spicy Garlic Pork Ramen
Best ramen ever, worth the long wait in the cold. Get the garlic pork flavor.
Garlic pork ramen bomb
The regular spicy is actually pretty spicy. The kind that lingers. It's good.
They actually kicked us out to seat other people who were waiting in line. Waitress was very rude
Extra spicy pork (isn't too spicy) with fresh seaweed is Big Hitter ramen. Get there at 11:15 am if you want to make first sitting. Ask for two waters when you're seated
Try the Garlic Pork -
Ehh just ok. Eggs over-cooked, and they don't give enough soup. Soup's not as flavorful as I expected. There's only wavy noodle choice here, it's good but not outstanding.
The wait is worth it ! Delicious!
Best Ramen I've ever had!
My favorite ramen spot to this day in the bay area. There's always a line even before it's opened, but totally worth the wait! Spicy garlic pork with extra garlic!
Know what my favorite part was? Those roasted garlic cloves! What a yummy idea. Next time, I'm ordering extra!
Cramped, noisy, and delicious... A winning combination. :-)
Spicy garlic pork ramen with a scoop of chicken gravy is Dojo's specialty. The miso broth is also a highlight, as are the quail eggs in each ramen. Come early and prepare to wait!
Know your order before you're seated, they'll ask for it while you're in line.
