The tacos here are fabulous. The chicken one is amazing as well as the vegetarian corn and poblano 😀

No piña coladas, unlike their el presidente location... weird. Open late, even on Sundays

Can be log jammed in the front and a little chaotic but good food.

Do not eat the orange hot sauce. It's not chipotle mayo but excruciatingly hot habanero and jalapeño sauce

The Paloma is one of the best cocktails I've ever had. Their tacos are unbeatable too, can't go wrong here.

Some of the best tacos in town. Served on corn tortillas so it's gluten free.

I love the ambiance at this sit-down taco joint. Hip, colorful, tasty. If you're drinking, try the michelada - a spicy beer-based concoction they do well. I get the veg or fish tacos, never disappoint

So I was wrong or my NYC Mexican expectations have tempered, but these are some of the best tacos downtown. Crispy fish, chorizo & egg stand out...plus the fun atmosphere and reasonable price.

You asked for it and I tried it :) Micheladas, fish tacos and corn esquites. Combined with hip atmosphere and cool vibes. This place is a winner.

Use all of the hot sauces. All of them. Order two tacos; I prefer crispy fish & barbacoa but it's literally impossible to go wrong.

Loved the fish taco. Really only needed two, but they recommended everyone order three. Plus all the tacos have two shells so you can kind of redistribute all of the toppings, and there's 2x tacos lol

The housemade chips and guac are great, but tacos aren't as good as they used to be. Still good, but it's started to go slightly downhill. Expect to wait about 45 min on a weeknight.
