    Precision and detail are Ushiwaka Maru’s modus operandi. Gourmands love it for the vinegar-laden sticky rice and unusual sazae (sea snails) and shiroebi (mini white shrimp).

    Sit at the counter and enjoy fish that is fresh and unique. You can never go wrong with sushi and sashimi here, everything is always on point. Try the house special torched golden eye snapper!

    Sit at the bar get the Shirohebi a tiny and very creamy shrimp. 70% of their food comes from Japan many of their pieces are unusual and delicious. Try the omakase if you like the adventure.

    The food is decent here but the service is extremely poor for the price you are paying. Our female server was unfriendly and at an attitude. Moreover, one of our dishes came 40 mins after our meal.

    First few times here was five years ago and it rocked. Tried it today again Omakase and it was alright. We sat discreetly on a table but in a good venue that should make no difference. Not the case.
