The uni just melts in your mouth. The omakase is a must.
Sit at the bar get the Shirohebi a tiny and very creamy shrimp. 70% of their food comes from Japan many of their pieces are unusual and delicious. Try the omakase if you like the adventure.
Your miso soup will probably have a shrimp head in it. Don't be surprised when it floats up to say hi.
