TT tip: Drewno's soup dumplings have become puffy soup buns with bao-like dough wrapping his luxe pork-belly filling. Chile-spiced wontons meld pork butt with ginger, scallions and garlic.

Great happy hour special down at the bar really allows you to sample the menu without the price of the upstairs dining room. Opt for the re-imagined bahn mi or the frenched sweet/tangy chicken wings.
