    Great place to sit and have a sandwich from one of the many neighborhood eateries (i.e. Rossi's Deli, Subway), or simply enjoy a cup of coffee while watching all the eye candy walk by.

    Best people watching. Those hanging out---nude sunbathers, vogue-ing youth--and the cross walk running through it adds a constant parade to the show.
